🙏Twelve Years. One Tradition. A Double Tribute 🙏
Tomorrow marks the 12th year of our annual celebration of Ramadasu Jayanthi here in New Jersey — a tradition that has, from its very beginning, been a double offering of devotion.
For twelve continuous years, we have come together to honor the timeless bhakti and immortal compositions of Sri Bhadrachala Ramadasu (Kancharla Gopanna), whose music continues to elevate hearts across generations. His kirtanas are not merely songs — they are lived prayer.
And alongside that sacred remembrance, we have, from day one, celebrated the towering musical legacy of Sangeetha Kalanidhi Sri Nedunuri Krishnamurthy — the master musician, revered guru, and uncompromising custodian of Carnatic classicism whose bani, scholarship, and depth of bhava continue to guide and inspire us.
What began as a heartfelt tribute has grown into a cherished annual gathering of students, families, rasikas, and well-wishers — united by music, devotion, and gratitude. Each year has strengthened our conviction that this is more than an event; it is a living bridge between parampara and community, between saint and stage, between devotion and disciplined artistry.
We feel blessed to have sustained this double celebration for twelve beautiful years — and we look forward to continuing this journey with the same reverence, joy, and collective spirit.
With gratitude to everyone who has walked this path with us.
